Our community has an important role to play in shaping the future of American Muslim civic life, as well as in raising our voices for our community in India. We're building a community rooted in our history and identity, committed to standing up against Hindutva, Islamophobia, and the global far right — and ready to turn that commitment into action!

Why volunteer?
Your volunteer work helps us build the infrastructure for a lasting, youth-led Indian Muslim movement in the United States.
As an IMAM volunteer, you can:
- Start an IMAM chapter in your city or on your campus.
- Be trained as a movement spokesperson and collaborate with our national team to host events.
- Get involved in organizing grassroots efforts that amplify Indian Muslim voices and challenge Hindutva in the United States.
- Help shape campaigns and local advocacy efforts.
- Connect directly with other Indian American Muslims who are organizing, learning, and building community.
