Donations

IMAM accepts one-time and recurring charitable contributions in support of its nonprofit mission, programs, and activities.

Donations made through our website are processed by a third-party payment processor. IMAM's website does not directly store donors' complete payment card or bank account information.

Recurring Donations

If you make a recurring donation, you authorize the selected contribution amount to be charged according to the frequency displayed when you make your donation.

You may request cancellation of future recurring donations at any time by contacting info@weareimam.org. Cancellation applies to future charges and does not automatically refund contributions that have already been processed.

Refunds

Charitable contributions are generally non-refundable.

We understand that mistakes can occur. If you believe a donation was made in error, was duplicated, was processed for an incorrect amount, or involves another payment issue, contact us promptly at info@weareimam.org.

IMAM may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and, where appropriate, issue a refund to the original payment method. Refunds remain subject to applicable law and payment-processing limitations.

Tax Deductibility and Receipts

Contributions to IMAM are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Donors should retain their donation receipt for their records and consult their own tax adviser regarding their individual circumstances.

If any goods or services are provided in exchange for a contribution, the tax-deductible amount may be limited as required by applicable law and will be reflected as appropriate.
